Texas Tech WR Michael Crabtree is extremely confident about his draft status, and isn’t partaking in any of the hoopla or workouts that other draft prospects are, due to surgery to repair a stress fracture in his left foot.
According to a recent article in ESPN The Magazine, the 6′1″, 215 lb. receiver has been waking up at 11:30 a.m., eating fat filled lunches at 2 p.m., ordering pizzas at 10 p.m., and watching movies and music videos all day. The kicker is that NFL teams absolutely don’t care that this has been his regimen, and still consider him a top 10 pick for sure in the upcoming draft.
Well, we have to agree. The kid is so freaking good, that he still holds the number one spot on our 2009 dynasty rookie big board. For other future draftees, however, this would be a major concern.
Crabtree also told the mag that he could run a 4.4 forty in his walking boot. He-Man.
