7/3: Updating an earlier report, the Buffalo Bills have in fact extended Kyle Williams to a three-year contract Thursday, which could reach $14.4 million if he reaches sscheduled incentives, this according to Scout.com. Williams is guaranteed $5.2 million over the next two years.
