  |   Eagles rookie WR DeSean Jackson still remains sidelined with a hamstring injury. He’s now missed almost three straight weeks, which doesn’t bode well for his fantasy potential, as all rookie WRs need all the practice time they can get.
Jackson, a second round speedster from Cal, will compete to be the team’s starting kick returner, as well as the third receiver. Jason Avant is his primary competition for the ladder.
