LaMont Jordan To Stay In Oakland…

For now, at least, Raiders owner Al Davis will not release LaMont Jordan. Why? Now that Travis Henry is out of a job in Denver, he’s a bit afraid that if he let Jordan go that Denver would swoop him up.

We don’t think Jordan would be a good fit for the Broncos anyway, but it appears he’ll remain with the Raiders for the time being. Unless he is released, Jordan won’t have any fantasy value as Oakland’s fourth string RB.
