Week 4 - Who We Like, Who We Dislike
September 25, 2008
In spite of the horrible QB situation and absolutely putrid offense in Kansas City, second year receiver Dwayne Bowe has had a very respectable first three games of the season, racking up 15 catches for 182 yards and two TDs. In Week 4, K.C. hosts Denver, who has been in a shootout every week thus far, and veteran Damon Huard could take over for Tyler Thigpen, which would bode well for Bowe’s digits. Read more
Westbrook Could Be Falling, McGahee Returns
September 21, 2008
In yet another crazy week of fantasy football, several occurrences have contributed to the rise and fall of the value of several players. It appears, at least for the moment, that Eagles RB Brian Westbrook could miss some time with an ankle injury after leaving in the first half of the team’s match-up with Pittsburgh. Willis McGahee returned from knee surgery to rush for 64 yards and a TD. Read more

Rudi Released - Perry The Man In Cincy
August 30, 2008
The Cincinnati Bengals continue to make interesting decisions this off-season. After keeping a man who stirred it up more than Bob Marley while demanding a trade and wants to legally change his last name to Ocho Cinco, then cutting and re-signing a freaking criminal (Chris Henry), the franchise cut ties with a man who rushed for 1,300 yards and 12 TDs in three straight seasons. Fantasy Impact: Chris Perry

Clearing Up The PUP
May 30, 2008
A term that gets thrown around very loosely without explanation these days is the “PUP.” In short, the Physically Unable To Perform list is used as a middle ground of sorts for players who aren’t healthy enough to be on the active roster, yet not unhealthy enough to be on injured reserve. As it relates to fantasy owners, guys like Cadillac Williams and Deion Branch could begin 2008 on the PUP list. But what does that really mean? Read more
Bengals RB Situation…
May 29, 2008
Bengals RBs Rudi Johnson, Chris Perry and even Kenny Irons - who suffered a torn ACL last pre-season - all participated in practice on Wednesday.
Irons was the least involved, but his presence on the field means something.
We believe this could be one of the most heated RB competitions in the NFL this season, and we’ll keep a close eye on it.
Keep An Eye Out For Bryant Johnson & Others…
May 14, 2008
After a long couple months, things are finally starting to happen on the field folks. NFL teams are practicing, and coaches are starting to show their cards a little bit in terms of who may enter the season with the best shot to start at key positions. Without further ado, let’s jump right into this week’s Stock Market Report… Read more
Chris Perry Returns To Practice…
May 13, 2008
Bengals RB Chris Perry has finally been medically cleared to play and will return to Bengals practice today. He’s expected to at the very least be Rudi Johnson’s primary back-up in 2008, but we think he could challenge for a much bigger role if he stays healthy.
Chris Perry To Start For Bengals?
May 10, 2008
29 year old Rudi Johnson is slowing down folks. He’s okay, but he’s not spry enough to play a full season. Word coming out of Bengals practices is that that 2004 first rounder Chris Perry looks GREAT. He also fits well in that offense. If healthy, we love him as a late round fantasy sleeper. Check that - he’ll be available on your waiver wire. Wait until then.
Shaun Alexander Won’t Fit In Cincy…
May 6, 2008
We’ve said this before, and now the Bengals are saying it. Free Agent RB Shaun Alexander would back-up both Rudi Johnson and Chris Perry if he were to sign with the Bengals, making it seem extremely unlikely that he’ll end up there.
2007 second rounder Kenny Irons, when healthy, would even be a better fantasy option than the former NFL MVP.
