Who We Like, Who We Dislike
October 9, 2008
Even though Week 6 is shaping up to be the week of the quarterbacks, there are quite a few WRs we like to have solid weeks, including St. Louis’ Torry Holt, San Diego’s Vincent Jackson and - believe it or not - Cincy’s Chad Johnson. Read more
We Were Right About, We Were Wrong About
October 5, 2008
Larry Johnson came alive in Weeks 3 & 4, rushing for 319 yards and three TDs after a horrible start to the season. We told fantasy owners to avoid him in Week 5 as the Chiefs visited the Carolina Panthers. LJ rushed the rock seven times for a grand total of two freaking yards. Find out who else we were right about, and who we missed on in Week 5. Read more

September 18, 2008
Eli Manning exploded for 260 yards and three TDs against the Rams in Week 2, after a below average Week 1 performance against the Redskins. Many fantasy sites like him at home against Cincy in Week 2, find out why we don’t - as well as who else we like and dislike this week. Read more

Jeremy Shockey Happy In New York?
June 3, 2008
Word is that Jeremy Shockey will attend Giants mandatory mini-camps starting June 11. This may seem like a minimal occurance, but it’s actually a big sign that Shockey wants to be a member of the New York Giants.
We’ll monitor him, because if he can stay healthy in 2008, there’s no reason he can’t be a top five fantasy tight end when everything’s clicking for Eli Manning.
Joe Flacco Projected In Early Second Round…
March 31, 2008
Delaware 6′6″ QB Joe Flacco is apparently being projected as an early second round pick in the 2008 NFL Draft, as he’s visited the Falcons, Ravens and Rams over the last several days. All teams pick in the top 10 of the first round, which would likely be too high to draft Flacco, who many draft experts say has the top arm in the draft.
Eli Manning, Giants QB
No-Offseason.com
Manning, Michael Strahan, Jeremy Shockey and Plax Burress will likely miss Giants early off-season workouts.
Michael Pittman, Free Agent RB
No-Offseason.com
Big surprise here - Rod Marinelli is reportedly interested in bringing in yet another former Tampa Bay Buccaneer - Michael Pittman. The problem is, the guy is 34 freaking years old and doesn’t solve the Lions RB problems.
Ryan Clark, Steelers FS
No-Offseason.com
Clark is currently atop the Steelers depth chart at free safety. He is fully recovered from a spleen procedure last season and is reportedly 100 percent healty.
Chris Crocker, Dolphins SS
No-Offseason.com
Crocker signed a one year deal with Miami and will compete with Yeremiah Bell and Keith Davis at SS.
Mike Williams, Titans WR
No-Offseason.com
Titans WR Mike Williams reported to Tennessee’s offseason workouts at 254 pounds, which is 16 lbs lighter than he was last season. Jeff Fisher is reportedly encouraged, but Williams remains a longshot to actually make the team in 2008, especially with Norm Chow gone.
McGahee, Leinart, Turner, Manning, Harrison Rising; Campbell, Norwood, Alexander, Rivers Falling…
February 10, 2008
Rising - Willis McGahee, Ravens RB - 26 year old Ravens featured back Willis McGahee had a solid season in Baltimore in 2007, rushing for 1,207 yards and seven TDs, while catching 43 balls in Brian Billick’s offense. If he can succeed in one of the most anemic passing offenses in the NFL under Billick, he will have plenty of success under Cam Cameron, Baltimore’s new offensive coordinator. Cameron deserves a lot of credit for LaDaianian Tomlinson’s development, as the two spent five seasons together in San Diego. Cameron left the Chargers last season to try his hand at running the show for an NFL franchise. Read more
