IDP owners now need to monitor the behavior of someone who seemed to be a rising star. Falcons SLB Michael Boley was arrested on battery charges at his home in Georgia over the weekend. Head coach Mike Smith is reportedly extremely disappointed, and so is owner Arthur Blank. Punishment will ensue.

Michael Boley Re-Ups With Atlanta…

Perhaps the game’s only strong side linebacker to make a true fantasy impact in 2007 signed a one year, $2.017 million deal with the Atlanta Falcons yesterday. 25 year old Michael Boley, a former fifth round pick in 2005, has really begun to make a solid name for himself, despite playing for such a dismal franchise.

Look for Boley to remain a solid value option in deep IDP leagues in 2008.
