“Slot RBs” Are Becoming All The Rage
June 20, 2008
It started a couple years ago when the New Orleans Saints had versatile running back Reggie Bush “fall” to them at number two overall in the 2006 NFL Draft. Rex Grossman vs. Kyle Orton…
May 31, 2008
Bears QB Kyle Orton won round one, working with the first team in practice on Friday. Reportedly, Rex Grossman worked with the first team on Saturday though.

Bears Revamping Offense?

As far as the wide receiver jobs go, Devin Hester, Mark Bradley, Brandon Lloyd, Marty Booker, Earl Bennett and Marcus Monk will vie for two starting spots. Hester and Bennett are the most intriguing prospects. Monk is a very talented, 6′5″ sleeper prospect who could make an impact in the red zone down the line.
Some Holes Are Still Wide Open

None of them happened - so, what now? Read more
