We Were Right About, We Were Wrong About
October 27, 2008
As always, we made a ton of predictions prior to Week 8 of the NFL season. Some conventional. Some unconventional. Some on our free portion of the site, and some in our Ultimate Strategist Package. Read more
Experts Draft: Marvin Falls To Round 6
June 20, 2008
One of the biggest questions on the minds of fantasy owners this off-season should honestly be - "when do I swoop in and take Marvin Harrison?" One of the best WRs in recent memory should be available at an all time low price this off-season, after a 2007 campaign riddled with injuries and a 2008 off-season full of off-the-field drama. Still, the 35 year old is a competitor, and will be back to reclaim his spot in fantasy starting line-ups in 2008. Read more
Clinton Portis, Santana Moss Miss Practice…
June 12, 2008
Redskins star running back Clinton Portis continues to be excused from practice for personal reasons. He missed yesterday, along with WR Santana Moss, who is suffering from some minor ailments and illness.
Moss has been injury prone since his unbelievable 2005 campaign. We’re interested to see what both of these guys can do in new head coach Jim Zorn’s offense.
‘Skins Thomas Could Start As A Rookie
May 21, 2008
We’ve jocked Devin Thomas for a long time, and based on recent news from our sources, we’ll be jocking him even more leading up to the 2008 NFL season. Santana Moss Is Back…
April 16, 2008
Redskins WR Santana Moss is apparently fully healthy after missing much of last off-season with a groin injury and struggling through nagging injuries last season. Moss finished strong in the statistical column during the last few games of 2007 and the fact that he’s already back running routes and catching passes from Jason Campbell is a great sign for his dynasty owners.
Moss could be a great later-round seasonal sleeper in Jim Zorn’s new offense.
Vikes Interested In Berrian…
February 28, 2008
The Minnesota Vikings are now being mentioned as a team that will pursue Bernard Berrian when free agency begins.
Derek Anderson, Browns QB
No-Offseason.com
The Browns’ failure to lock up Derek Anderson prior to the start of free agency leads many to believe that he’ll get a HUGE offer from someone on the open market. Of course the Browns can match the offer, but teams may be willing to offer first and third round picks for the 6′6″ 24 year old QB.
Santana Moss, Redskins WR
No-Offseason.com
Even though the Redskins are likely to bring in another WR via free agency this offseason, Santana Moss is expected to be a big part of their plans in 2008. The team is said to be working on a new deal for him as we speak and head coach Jim Zorn loves him already.
DeAngelo Williams, Panthers RB
No-Offseason.com
The news just keeps getting better for dynasty owners of DeAngelo Williams. DeShaun Foster is gone, and now head coach John Fox says that a primary reason why he acquired WR Mushin Muhammad was due to his superior blocking ability. Fox wants to pound the rock more than ever in 2008.
Kurt Warner, Cardinals QB
No-Offseason.com
Even though Matt Leinart has been named the team’s 2008 starter, the Cardinals do not want to let Kurt Warner slip away. He’s under contract through 2008.
Javon Walker, Broncos WR
No-Offseason.com
The Eagles reportedly have interest in the soon-to-be released Walker. The Cowboys, Redskins and Buccaneers have also looked at potentially trading for him, but we don’t expect anything to happen until after March 4.
