Fantasy Football Week 2 Questions
September 9, 2008
Heading into Week 2 of the fantasy season, there are already tons of questions running rampant in the minds of owners. People are trying to figure out what to do with the bizarre Tom Brady-less world that they now live in, after Chiefs strong safety Bernard Pollard rolled into number 12’s knee on the Patriots’ opening drive of the 2008 season. Rookie running backs shined, no name WRs produced and IDPs stepped up to the plate – but there are still certain questions regarding what owners should take from Week 1 and apply to Week 2. Read more
Tom Brady Out For The Season With ACL Tear…
September 7, 2008
Well folks, it looks like the man who we told fantasy owners countless times NOT to pick in the first round of their fantasy drafts this summer, Tom Brady, is out for the season with a torn ACL. But what impact will Brady’s absence have on the rest of the Patriots’ squad? Read more
We Were Right About, We Were Wrong About…
September 7, 2008
We were uneasy about Patriots QB Tom Brady this week, and he went down early with a knee injury. We were also extremely high on Eagles QB Donovan McNabb and Lions signal caller Jon Kitna in Week 1, and they came through for us huge. Find out where we went right, and where we steered owners wrong in Week 1. Read more
Should You Be Concerned About Star QBs?
September 3, 2008
Over the last few seasons, New England’s Tom Brady and Indianapolis’ Peyton Manning have been two of the most consistent quarterbacks that fantasy owners could have ever imagined. Not that they won’t continue to be very solid in 2008, but don’t take their past performances for granted. Read more
Fantasy Football Week 1 - QB Questions
September 1, 2008
As fantasy owners get ready for Week 1, there are several question marks surrounding the quarterback position. Drew Brees Is Fantasy’s Number 1 QB
August 27, 2008
For years, Indy’s Peyton Manning has held the distinction, and heading into 2008, nearly every fantasy owner on the planet would tell you that Tom Brady has taken the title of being fantasy football’s top quarterback, following his record breaking 50 TD season in 2007. With the seventh overall choice in the first round, we had a tough decision, but decided to go WR first and roll with New England’s Randy Moss. Read more
Tom Brady’s Ankle Is Just Fine…
June 8, 2008
Patriots QB Tom Brady talked to the media yesterday about his ankle injury. He told them that his ankle is fine, but then made a joke about how he still “can’t run (fast), can’t jump (high)” and doesn’t have great athletic ability. The press then reported that he had serious ankle issues after misinterpreting Brady’s comments completely.
The Patriots QB is healthy, and so is his sense of humor.
