Responding to recent criticism levied by Dolphins linebacker Joey Porter, Tom Brady says he doesn't believe that he receives preferential treatment from NFL referees, according to the Boston Globe.

"I think the ref calls what he sees," he said. "I don't think I've ever influenced a call. The refs we have are very good. If they make a call on (roughing the passer), great. If they don't, that's fine." A diplomatic response from Brady - also a false one.
