The News
As expected, Jake Delhomme has agreed to a two-year deal with the Browns, according to Jason LaCanfora's (NFL Network) twitter page.
Our View
Delhomme was brought in to compete for the starting gig at quarterback, as the club is not sold on Brady Quinn being able to effectively lead the offense in 2010. He failed to impress in his final season with Carolina in 2009, and Cleveland's supporting cast may not be good enough for him to make a good comeback though. Newly acquired Seneca Wallace will give a good run at the No. 1 gig as well.
