Head coach Mike Smith would not comment if the Falcons are interested in Julius Peppers, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Smith said, "Until free agency opens (on March 5th), we cannot talk about other players."
Our View
Peppers previously noted that he is open to playing anywhere, and the Falcons will have a need for a strong pass rusher of his caliber. Atlanta only registered 28 sacks in 2009.
