Charlie Frye will start at quarterback for the Raiders in Week 17, according to the Santa Rosa Press Democrat.
Our View
Bruce Gradkowski will not be returning. Although Frye threw for 333 yards in Week 16, he also threw three interceptions and zero touchdowns. The Raiders have a tough match-up against a desperate Ravens team.
