According to the New York Daily News, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell plans to meet with troubled receiver Plaxico Burress in the near future to decide whether he will be allowed to play football in 2009.
Our View
Speculative reports have been floating around that Burress will be suspended indefinitely, but we'll wait until those words come out of Goodell's mouth before writing off Burress this season. He's due in court on September 23rd, but could be judged by the Commish before then. He alos plans to meet with Michael Vick.
