The finalists for the Pro Football Hall of Fame have been announced, according to NFL.com. The Class of 2010 is Emmitt Smith, Russ Grimm, Rickey Jackson, John Randle and Jerry Rice.
Our View
Smith and Rice were considered near locks to make the cut, and both in their first year of eligibility. Wide Receiver Cris Carter and tight end Shannon Sharpe were among the notable snubs.
