Marshawn Lynch Showing Questionable Behavior?

Reports have now surfaced that witnesses place Bills RB Marshawn Lynch behind the steering wheel of an SUV that hit a pedestrian woman in downtown Buffalo late last Friday night/Saturday morning - then fled the scene. Multiple witnesses have also stepped forward and said that other Bills players were in the vehicle. Now, the district attorney is intent on finding out who was responsible and charging them with a crime. Since the vehicle that left the scene of the accident was registered to Lynch and found in his driveway days after, he’s definitely shown questionable behavior.

However, even if charged and convicted, he wouldn’t be likely to face harsh punishment, and being that it would be his “first offense,” commish Roger Goodell would be likely to let him go with a warning. So, as it relates to his fantasy value, we’re still standing by what we wrote the other day, that it shouldn’t be affected at all. We’re not sure what the legal ramifications would be, but facing any time in jail - when the woman wasn’t seriously injured - doesn’t seem likely at all.
