Lance Moore (ankle/hamstring) has been declared out for Week 13, according to Jeff Duncan of the New Orleans Times-Picayune.
Our View
It will be the fifth straight week he has been out. In the first four, the Saints and Drew Brees went 4-0. While he is a talented wideout, he has not been missed in New Orleans' high-octane attack.
