Despite recent reports by "OCNN," otherwise known as the "Ochocinco News Network," Terrell Owens is unlikely to join the Bengals in 2010, according to ESPN's Chris Mortensen.

Mortensen said on ESPN's Sunday morning NFL Countdown show that the Bengals want to develop their own young receivers. T.O. will likely have to look elsewhere for employment this offseason.
