Chris Cooley's status for the rest of the 2009 season is not expected to be decided for ten more days, when the walking boot he has been wearing on his injured ankle is slated to come off, according to Rick Maese of the Washington Post.
Our View
It's hard to understand why the 'Skins just won't shelve him for the season and let him get 100 percent healthy for 2010, but when jobs are on the line, it's usually all hands on deck. If he returns, it almost certainly will not be until sometime in mid-December.
