Carson Palmer feels 100 percent healthy following his recovery from an elbow ailment that spoiled his 2008 campaign, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer. He expects to throw 150 passes per day during practice, which was his routine in the past.

Palmer will have a chance to reclaim his ranking as an elite fantasy quarterback this season. The club lost T.J. Houshmandzadeh to Seattle, but speed demon Laveranues Coles should come through fine as his replacement. Chad Johnson should be healthy this season as well.
