According to Matt Maiocco on Twitter, the 49ers have placed defensive back Curtis Taylor on injured reserve with a hip injury.
Our View
Taylor, used primarily on special teams, was injured in Sunday's game against the Jaguars and is now lost for the season. The Niners have promoted fullback Britt Miller from the practice squad to take his spot.
