The Texans have promoted Chris Henry off their practice squad, according to Adam Caplan's (Scout.com) twitter page.
Our View
Henry was added to provide depth at running back with Steve Slaton placed on IR. Henry is not expected to see much action as long as Chris Brown and Ryan Moats remain intact.
