According to the St. Paul Pioneer-Press, the Vikings would like to know Brett Favre's plans for 2010 by March 5. That is the day teams can start making offseason trades, and the Vikes want to be able to explore other options if Favre is not returning.

Get in line, Minnesota. The following people would also like to know Favre's plans soon, if possible: all of his fans, every ESPN employee, Favre's children, Favre's own inner-consciousness. The problem is, there is almost no way that is going to happen. Gear up.
