The News
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch is reporting that Jonathan Wade is challenging Tye Hill to be the starting cornerback opposite Ron Bartell. Wade has a team-high 12 tackles in the three preseason games, and Hill has managed only two.
Our View
The team has been high on Wade all summer, but he is still far less polished than Hill. While it won't be a surprise if Wade overtakes Hill at some point during the season, it still looks like Hill will start the season as the starter.
