The News
Brian Westbrook recently revealed that he was not completely healed from his first concussion this season when he came back to play three weeks later, subsequently suffering a second concussion, according to the Philadelphia Daily News.
Our View
Children and adults alike should take Westbrook's story as an example that head injuries are nothing to joke around with. As far as Westbrook's future, he failed to comment on whether or not he'll opt to retire this offseason, though there's no way the Eagles will stand pat and pay him the $7.25 million that he's currently due in 2010. He'll have to re-negotiate his contract if he wishes to stay in Philly.
