    It doesn’t have to be complicated, people. Just grab some pre-packaged smoked salmon from any grocery store.

  • Dave’s Killer Bread - Powerseed

    Ideally, you’d go with the Powerseed from Dave, found just about everywhere, but if you can’t find it, an acceptible alternative from a taste/macros standpoint is the 21 Whole Grains and Seeds.

  • One Full Avocado

  • Some Spinach
