  • Dave’s Killer Bread - Powerseed

    Ideally, you’d go with the Powerseed from Dave, found just about everywhere, but if you can’t find it, an acceptible alternative from a taste/macros standpoint is the 21 Whole Grains and Seeds.

  • Hormel Pre-packaged Ham and Turkey

    Of course, you can sub this out for Boar’s Head or any kind of deli sliced Turkey or Ham.

  • Half of an Avocado

  • Some Spinach
