More Sleeper WRs Emerge

More Sleeper WRs Emerge Just because we’re 10 weeks into the NFL season, doesn’t mean it’s too late for new sleeper wide receivers to emerge. In fact, several have popped up in recent weeks, and while some are certainly more “sure bets” than others, it’s worth keeping an eye on each of the following guys.

Kansas City WR Mark Bradley, a former Bears cast-away, has 18 catches for 188 yards and two receiving TDs in his last three games and has added a 37 yard passing TD as well. The 6’2”, 26 year old former 39th overall pick in the NFL Draft has added a whole new dimension to the Chiefs’ offense, and faces the Saints 27th ranked passing defense in Week 11.

Atlanta fifth year man Michael Jenkins has 11 catches for 186 yards and two TDs in his last three games, and appears to be a main target for QB Matt Ryan, who ranks among the top six fantasy QBs in most leagues over the last three weeks. Jenkins, Ryan, and the incredibly efficient Falcons offense faces the Broncos 28th ranked passing defense in Week 11.

Ravens WR Mark Clayton has seven catches for 127 yards and a TD in his last two games, and Demetrius Williams and Derrick Mason have both gone down with injuries, meaning Clayton should see more balls coming his way this weekend against the Giants.

Don’t look now but Seattle’s Koren Robinson has four or more catches in each of his last three games, including a TD in each of his last two contests. Robinson faces the Cardinals in Week 11, who have allowed 16 passing TDs on the season (31st in the NFL).

He may be a bit inconsistent, but Miami’s Ted Ginn, Jr. still has four or more catches in four of his last seven games, including two seven-catch performances, and four balls for 67 yards and his first score of the season against the Seahawks in Week 10. Ginn’s next two match-ups (Raiders and Patriots) aren’t too friendly, but he finishes with the Bills, Niners, Chiefs and Jets.

Points per reception owners should keep an eye on Titans WR Brandon Jones, who has four or more catches in his last three games, including eight balls for 82 yards against the Bears in Week 10. Tennessee faces the Jags, who have allowed 213.3 yards against the pass this season.
