NFL Playoffs Fantasy Outlook - Sunday Games It’s that time of year again folks. For some people, the playoffs mean a chance to reengage with football reality, after a long fantasy season - while others search for playoff fantasy rankings. We at No-Offseason give our predictions on this weekend’s games, starting with Saturday’s games, with Sunday’s coming tomorrow. No-Offseason’s Brian Wolf takes a look at NFL Playoffs Fantasy strategy.

Here are our predictions for Sunday’s games.  These were a bit easier than the Saturday games, but should still be good matchups.  Check out our fantasy playoff rankings here.

Baltimore at Miami (line: Baltimore by 3)

What a wild ride for the Dolphins, from 1-15 to an AFC East Championship. However, they’re about to run into a Mack truck this weekend when Baltimore’s defense comes to down. In their last six games, the Ravens have averaged two fumbles, two sacks, and two interceptions against Pittsburgh, Dallas, and Jacksonville. Look for this trend to continue. Joe Flacco has kept the offense stable, and expect a typical 200 yard, 1 TD performance from the rookie. The run should be in full force against the Dolphins, and Le’Ron McClain will be the go to guy, with Ray Rice likely to be active after suffering from a shin contusion the last three weeks. The Dolphins will struggle, as the surprise of the “wildcat” is no more, and Baltimore’s LB’s are too fast to play games with. Ronnie Brown has been a no-show the past three weeks, and Chad Pennington is just too average to overcome the Ravens’ D. Miami better savor this moment, it may be a while before they get back.

The Pick: Ravens 27 – Dolphins 13

Philadelphia at Minnesota (line: Philadelphia by 3)

As a Donovan McNabb owner, I was appalled that the Eagles, and so many people gave up on the guy after two (or three depending on who you are) bad games. Really? Did anyone actually think that Kevin Kolb was the answer? Thankfully for Eagle’s fans, McNabb has come back STRONG. Tearing teams up for nine TDs and one interception, plus a rushing TD in his last five games. The Eagles D has also played well all season, and destroyed Dallas, Cleveland, and Arizona in that same five game stretch. Sorry folks, I just can’t get behind any team coming out of the NFC North. A division that guarantees you two wins almost every year with the Lions, and a division that is begging for someone to grab the reigns. AP will have a good game, but watch Philadelphia make Tarvaris Jackson beat them - it’s not going to happen. A strong Eagles secondary, and a great pass defense will make Tarvaris look like….well, Tarvaris.

The Pick: Eagles 31 – Vikings 17

Until next weekend…
