No-Offseason.com is hearing that Jay Cutler recently told The Sporting News that he has “a stronger arm than John (Elway), hands down.”
“I’ll bet on it against anybody’s in the league,” he went on to say. “Brett Favre’s got a cannon. But on game days, there’s nobody in the league who’s going to throw it harder than I am.” Cutler also apparently called Denver the favorite to win the AFC.
Well, that’s the type of confidence we like to see out of a young signal caller, and quite frankly, we don’t disagree with him - about the arm strength, that is.
