The 2021-2022 NBA Season ended last June 18, 2022, when the Golden State Warriors reclaimed their glory, becoming the World Champions again. Golden State Warriors

First on the list is none other than the current NBA champions, the Golden State Warriors. This franchise is one of the legendary teams in history, having the best record, 73-9 in the regular season and 7 NBA Championships. Furthermore, they have talented players like Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, and Klay Thompson, making their NBA Finals Odds even better for the upcoming season.

In addition, it will be the return of their dynamic duo with Paul George, making them one of the contending teams this 2023. Having the two-time MVP back on the roster increases their chances as his unfathomable skills are a massive threat to other teams. 

 

Regarding roster changes, the Clippers were able to add John Wall, a former all-star who is looking to redeem himself from a plague-ridden career.. Adding him to the lineup alongside George and Kawhi will instantly make the franchise a powerhouse in the NBA. 

Memphis Grizzlies

Third on the list is the Memphis Grizzlies. They were one of the contending teams for an NBA title last season. Their incredible performance in the playoffs against the Minnesota Timberwolves and Golden State Warriors discovered their potential to become a great team in the League. Furthermore, even the MVP, Steph Curry, admitted they had a hard time with this team and even agreed they would become a problem in the upcoming season.

 

The ceiling is only getting higher for Jah Morant and the young core of the Memphis Grizzlies. Even though they’re young, they’re hungry, and they’re getting better by the day. Look for this energetic young team to make a huge splash yet again in the upcoming season.

Philadelphia 76ers

The fourth team on the list is the Philadelphia 76ers. Last season, the team fell short despite adding James Harden during the offseason. However, despite losing in the playoffs, the team has shown incredible potential. 

 

Having Harden alongside Joel Embiid did an excellent job for the franchise in such a short time. Even Though there were backlashes against the Beard, he showed the fans that he has changed and is more focused on winning. The two have shown chemistry last season, and with time and effort, it will become stronger and better. 

Boston Celtics

Lastly is the Boston Celtics. After a brutal loss in the NBA finals, fans questioned the team for their performance. Fans believed they could've done better against the Golden State Warriors despite being awarded the best Defensive Team in the League. However, they are still contenders for the title as the roster is still young and has more room for development. 

 

Especially with Jason Tatum and Jaylen Brown, they still had an outstanding performance in the playoffs. They will become stronger and more mature with the experience they gain in the finals. Although rumors are dying down about a Kevin Durant acquisition, the Celtics still have a formidable lineup that’s postseason and championship ready.
