Aaron Judge. Everyone knows Aaron Judge; this isn’t an article that’s going to alert everyone about a new baseball superstar or enlighten the audience to an up and coming power hitter. Judge hit 62 home runs last year and you would think that there wouldn’t be any room to profit off of his cards, but there is. Judge has been on the IL since June 2nd after tearing a ligament in his toe making an incredible catch in Dodger Stadium. The Yankees have sorely missed his presence in the lineup and frankly baseball has missed him. He was already on the IL once this season but has managed to hit .290 with 19 HR and 40 RBI. Imagine if he was healthy. Now the fact that his return is unknown due to the torn ligament, it gives those that pay attention to the card market a chance to make a profit off of Judge’s unfortunate absence. As it is oft said on the Sport’s Card Strategy Show, “go where they ain’t. Well Judge is out so he’s been out of sight out of mind for most collectors. Here is your chance to profit and make moves while other people aren’t paying attention to Judge.
