While Moore has produced underwhelming numbers his first two years in the league, there is no doubt that he has potential to be a high-target guy in Cleveland, and with DeShaun Watson looking improved on accuracy and decision making this preseason, we expect Moore to be a great budget flier steal. His 2021 Contenders Rookie Ticket Auto can be purchased in Raw for just $10, a number set to spike from strong weekly performances or highlight plays. He’s both a sleeper in the fantasy and sports card flipping realms, giving him the #5 spot in this weeks’ buy suggestions.
