The Rangers are calling up their top prospect, outfielder Evan Carter, to make his MLB debut on Friday against Oakland. Carter is a player we’ve pitched as owning some of the most undervalued baseball prospect cards available to make profits on. For those holding Carter in your inventory, now is the time to get those prints listed.
