The Rangers are calling up their top prospect, outfielder Evan Carter, to make his MLB debut on Friday against Oakland. Carter will take the place of All-Star Adolis García, who will go on the injured list with a right patellar tendon strain. MLB Pipeline ranks Carter, 21, as the No. 8 overall prospect in baseball. Carter is a player we’ve pitched as owning some of the most undervalued baseball prospect cards available to make profits on.
