Postseason MLB Risers:

With the MLB postseason presenting viewers with no shortage of firecrackers as several top teams have been knocked out early, the card market has adjusted correctly to reward players performing at high levels. For those of you that choose to hold active MLB players, now is the perfect time to look at offloading some of your baseball portfolio to crystalize your profits without accruing risk. Let’s look at who we’d dump:

1. Yordan Alvarez

Houston Astros slugger Yordan Alvarez has been on an absolute tear this postseason, smacking 6 home runs in just 23 at-bats while posting an average of .391 from the plate. He’s our first suggestion for postseason sells, with his rookie cards in PSA 10 seeing a massive spike in pricing. We don’t love the idea of holding players already established in the majors anyway, so this opportunity to sell for profits is one you shouldn’t pass up.
