Michigan Quarterback J.J. McCarthy has certainly experienced the highs and lows of college football. The 6-foot-3 junior quarterback was eliminated from the 2022-23 NCAA College Football Playoff by the TCU Horned Frogs in an absolute shootout that saw a final score of 51-45 posted. McCarthy returned for the 2023-24 season and proceeded to lead the Wolverines to a perfect 15-0 record, with the final win coming during a 34-13 routing of the Washington Huskies during the National Championship.
