By making simple, basic changes to how I eat, what I eat and when I eat, and marrying that with my love for running, basketball, golf, weightlifting and now boxing, I live a pretty darn fit lifestyle and have never felt better about myself.
I’m doing this because friends and family have continued to ask me about what I do, and how I do it. Specifically, I also run a business, work with awesome teammates building websites and digital marketing strategies, as well as proactively implementing them.
I’m married to the love of my life, and have two amazing kids. But I’ve prioritized my personal fitness and wellness so I can be the best version of myself. This website’s purpose is to communicate how exactly I do that.
